Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - System Operations for its Riyadh region operations. You will oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of all warehousing materials handling equipment and systems to support the supply chain goals.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, knowledge of SAP, and a hands-on approach to problem solving, CAPA and DMAIC. You will lead a team, ensure uptime, and drive continuous improvement across distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum three years’ experience with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP and problem-solving methods (CAPA, DMAIC, 5Ys).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Interpersonal skills, punctuality and discipline; good team player.

Responsibilities
