Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for its large poultry/meat processing plant in Saudi Arabia. You will manage a multi-skilled team to provide maintenance services and ensure all process machinery meets performance targets.

You should have a bachelor or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus extensive experience with automated poultry processing equipment, ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems, and SAP knowledge; English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a large Poultry/Meat Processing Plant fully automated.
• 5 years experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment in a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of Poultry process equipment; experience with automated equipment and instrumentation; SAP knowledge desirable.
• Good handwritten and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a self-directing multi-skilled maintenance team to provide maintenance services to meet internal customer requirements.
• Ensure that all process machinery/equipment meet management performance requirements.
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance activities.

About the Role:

To manage a self-directing multi-skilled team to provide maintenance service to meet internal customer requirements and ensure that all process machinery/equipment’s meet the management performance requirements.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor or diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a large Poultry /Meat Processing Plant fully automated.
• 5 Years Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large-scale Ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment in a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of Poultry process equipment and machines.
• Experience of working with automated equipment and instrumentation, computer literacy and SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
• Good handwritten and spoken English.
