Jasara Program Management Company seeks an experienced Sr. Structural Manager to lead its structural engineering division on major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will drive technical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across scales and teams. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary groups, clients, and stakeholders to deliver transformational projects under Vision 2030, guiding design, standards, and best practices while mentoring staff and ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering with at least 7 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices per codes and regulations.
• Oversee design, review, and approval of structural calculations, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to align designs with objectives.
• Mentor and develop structural engineering staff to foster technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for structural challenges.
• Stay updated on new technologies and innovations in structural engineering.
