Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and best practices in structural design.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines on integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards.
• Review designs and provide feedback to junior engineers.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings during construction.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
