Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Senior Structural Design Manager to lead the structural design delivery for large-scale residential developments in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee external consultants, coordinate with architecture, MEP, and infrastructure teams, ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards, and drive design reviews and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; master's preferred.
• PE/CE/ICE or equivalent registration preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of structural design experience.
• At least 5 years in leadership overseeing large residential or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design development for residential projects from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Manage and review the work of external design consultants and engineering partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, international design standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate structural design activities with architecture, MEP, infrastructure, and other disciplines.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Identify design risks and implement mitigation measures to support project delivery.
• Monitor design progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and junior engineers.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or performance.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and technical presentations.
• Provide construction-phase support, including RFI responses, design clarifications, and site issue resolution.
