Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Field Engineer - Structural for a major Riyadh development. You will supervise structural works, inspect foundations, concrete and steel, review drawings, and ensure QA/QC compliance to schedules and standards.

The role requires multilingual collaboration and strong reporting skills, with a focus on safety and timely delivery for complex hotel and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in structural engineering and construction supervision.
• Minimum 5 years in a Structural Field/ Site Engineer role on major buildings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with designs and contract requirements.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and submissions for constructability and compliance.
• Witness inspections, testing, and material quality assessments.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and MEP disciplines to resolve interface issues.
• Prepare inspection reports, site observations, and progress updates.
• Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
