Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Structural Engineer to monitor and supervise structural construction activities for large-scale building projects, ensuring compliance with designs, codes, quality, safety, and schedule.

The role requires on-site leadership, coordination with architects, MEP, and contractors; review shop drawings, manage non-conformances, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
• Master's degree preferred; PE registration desirable.
• Experience on large-scale building developments and on-site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect foundations, concrete, steel structures, and frameworks.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions for design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and construction teams.
• Identify and resolve structural field issues and RFIs.
• Prepare progress and quality reports for stakeholders.
