Job summary

SYSTRA in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement with government authorities and project partners on major rail and infrastructure initiatives. You will map stakeholders, develop engagement plans, and coordinate with client teams to secure approvals and manage interfaces across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in stakeholder management within PMC or consultancy environments, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Saudi

Qualifications

• Strong track record engaging with government authorities and public sector entities.
• Experience on large-scale rail, transport, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain stakeholder management strategy and engagement plans.
• Identify and map internal and external stakeholders and assess influence and impact.
• Coordinate with client, authorities, regulatory agencies, and contractors for approvals.
• Organise stakeholder meetings, reports, and action trackers.
• Maintain stakeholder registers and communication plans.
