Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Stakeholder Specialist - Rail Interfaces to manage external coordination with government bodies, regulators, utility providers, transport agencies, and communities on a major rail project.

You will report to the Stakeholder Manager, develop engagement strategies, and ensure timely updates to project teams while safeguarding delivery schedules. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in rail/station projects and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience.
• At least five years of experience within a rail or transit-development environment.
• Knowledge of government, regulatory, utility, transport, and municipal processes in Riyadh.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; experience with multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with public authorities, government entities, utility providers, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate external stakeholders and internal project teams to align delivery timelines.
• Support engagement with the Ministry of Transport on transportation infrastructure matters.
• Track regulatory developments and respond to stakeholder concerns within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare meeting minutes, coordination documents, and stakeholder reports.
