Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) to lead engagement on highways and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise a small team of Stakeholder Engineers and coordinate with the Roads Program to secure approvals and align stakeholders with project goals.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, fluent English, and strong reporting skills. You will report to the Team Leader and drive collaboration with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of highways/infrastructure experience with last 5–7 years in Stakeholder Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
Project Management qualification and senior stakeholder engagement on major highway/infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, manage and liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors.
Arrange meetings and workshops, prepare presentations and minutes of meetings.
Review submissions to Authorities and track ongoing submissions.
Document and track all communications and handover processes with Authorities.
Prepare reports, manuals and guidelines for handover and stakeholder issues.
Provide senior management with support to guide stakeholder understanding of new processes and technologies.
