Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) to join the PMO. You will lead a small Stakeholder Engineering team, coordinate with the Roads Program, and secure approvals from authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing minutes, tracking submissions, and supporting handover of contracts. Strong English, diplomacy, and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive stakeholder engagement experience across highways and infrastructure.
• Bachelor level engineering degree with professional registration.
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors.
• Arrange meetings, prepare presentations and minutes of meetings.
• Document submissions, track actions and manage handover processes with authorities.
• Support Roads Program team and provide client representation for handovers.
• Develop RACI matrices and contribute to governance of the program.
