Zahid Industries is seeking a Senior Specialist Digital Channels-DSD to manage and optimize digital channels, provide user support, and drive efficiency across systems. The role requires solid IT know-how, problem solving, and strong communication in English and Arabic.

You will work with the DSD team to refine procedures, contribute to test plans, and ensure alignment with KPIs while following Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in CS/IT/IS/IMS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP, HCM, CRM, MS 365, EAM, CMS, SCM, KMS, BI, or related systems.

Responsabilités

• Log and categorize incidents/service requests with proper prioritization.
• Resolve incidents on first contact when possible.
• Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved within agreed timescales.
• Close all resolved incidents and document outcomes.
• Conduct customer satisfaction call-backs/surveys as agreed.
• Track time spent on solving issues and report metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes and test plans.
• Support users and guide them on procedures and configurations.
