Job summary
Zahid Industries in Jeddah is seeking an Automation & Agent Specialist to design, implement, and manage automation solutions and intelligent agents across the Zahid Group ecosystem. You will embed AI-driven efficiencies, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives while ensuring governance, security, and brand standards across deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish data-driven dashboards to measure ROI, and stay current with emerging automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, data analytics, or related field; RPA/AI certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and agent-based solutions.
- Experience with data analytics and integration principles.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- 3+ years in automation development, AI projects, or digital transformation roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation workflows and intelligent agents.
- Integrate automation with enterprise systems; leverage Snowflake analytics.
- Design AI-enhanced workflows, prompts, style guides, and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools across workflows.
- Establish governance and quality control for automation and AI outputs.
- Monitor ROI using dashboards and data insights; drive continuous improvement.
- Research emerging technologies in automation, AI agents, and creative AI tools.
- Train and support team members on best practices and ethical use.
