Job summary

BDI Saudi in Riyadh is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to join our local office. You will maintain IT infrastructure, support end users, and ensure security and reliability of internal systems. The role requires a practical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-platform work.

You will install and manage hardware, software, and networks, handle user accounts, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and assets.
