Job summary
NTG Clarity seeks an experienced Software Delivery Lead for full-time onsite work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own planning, tracking, and reporting on complex software delivery programs, leading cross-functional teams and enforcing Agile practices to ensure on-time, on-budget releases.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software delivery, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and executives to drive delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- 8+ years in software delivery or technical project leadership.
- Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Onsite full-time availability in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software delivery and lifecycles from inception to deployment.
- Direct cross-functional teams including QA, architects, and specialists.
- Enforce SDLC and Agile/Scrum best practices across programs.
- Own project planning, sprint tracking, and release management.
- Identify and mitigate risks, scope, and schedule delays.
- Provide executive progress reporting and clear stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate to align architecture with business goals.
- Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery documentation.
