Detailed Job Description:

As a Software Delivery Lead at NTG Clarity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of planning, tracking, executing, and reporting on complex software development and delivery programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional software development and technical teams, enforcing Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and timelines, and maintaining transparent stakeholder communications. You will work side-by-side with software engineering teams to bridge technical architecture and business objectives, ensuring robust code quality and seamless release management. Working in a fast-paced enterprise software environment in Riyadh offering an onsite work model, you will drive engineering excellence and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software delivery, IT delivery operations, and software project lifecycles from inception through deployment.
• Manage and direct cross-functional software development teams, QA engineers, architects, and technical specialists.
• Spearhead implementation of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee project planning, sprint tracking, milestone reporting, and resource capacity forecasting.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, technical dependencies, scope creep, and schedule delays.
• Maintain rigorous stakeholder management, executive progress reporting, and transparent communication across business and technical units.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering and development teams to ensure technical alignment and architectural integrity.
• Ensure software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting rigorous quality and performance expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive delivery documentation, project roadmaps, risk registers, and release management plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software delivery, IT delivery management, or technical project leadership.
• Proven practical experience managing end-to-end software development projects and complex technology rollouts.
• Deep technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading software development teams and cross-functional technical squads.
• Strong expertise in project planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and scope control.
