Job summary

Bupa Arabia is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to promote specific BUPA products to retail customers based on qualified leads. Ensure adherence to sales processes and strive for high customer satisfaction to help the Retail Sales team meet targets.

Responsibilities include hitting KPI targets for calls, visits and proposals, sourcing new leads from diverse channels, submitting quotations within 72 hours, and maintaining Arabic and English communications.

Qualifications

• Experience selling specific products to retail customers.
• Ability to follow sales processes and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Experience preparing and submitting quotes/proposals within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow KPI targets for calls, visits and proposals.
• Search for new leads from multiple sources (Net calls, territory management, referrals, CRM).
• Submit quotations within department KPI (72 hours).
• Maintain high standard written communications in Arabic and English.
• Fulfill renewal book targets.
• Track all sales stages from prospecting to signature and relationship management.
• Ensure premium collection per Finance policy and BA credit control policy.
• Achieve 100% of outstanding collections.
• Send daily sales reports to Team Leader and monthly win/loss reporting.
• Build good client relationships through monthly visits and loyalty programs.
• Comply with SAMA & CCHI regulatory requirements.
