Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales through calls, visits and proposals.
• Proficient in written Arabic and English correspondence.
• Ability to manage leads and follow up through CRM.

Responsibilities

• Follow KPI targets for calls, visits and proposals.
• Search for new leads from net, territory management, referrals and CRM.
• Submit quotations within 72 hours.
• Maintain high-quality bilingual written communication.
• Achieve renewal book targets and manage account relationships.
• Track sales stages from prospecting to closing and pricing.
• Ensure premium collection per Finance policy and BA credit control.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for leadership.
• Build relationships with clients, conduct regular visits when needed.
• Comply with SAMA & CCHI regulatory requirements.
