Job summary

Rua Al Madinah Holding seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP consultant to lead HR and payroll transformation across global landscapes, architecting end-to-end hire-to-retire and pay-to-report processes with deep cloud HR expertise.

You will model business processes with BPMN, configure EC and ECP, drive integrations and data management, and enforce governance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and delivering scalable solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of +4 years of functional HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation projects, with direct involvement in the EC-ECP integration.
• Demonstrated ability to use BPMN for HR process modeling and structured requirements analysis techniques.
• Deep understanding of end-to- end HR processes, payroll calculations, and tax reporting.
