Job summary

Musanada Human Resources IT department seeks an expert SAP SF HCM consultant to lead a full-cycle implementation within a complex ERP landscape. The role requires deep hands-on experience in SAP SF HCM, integration with other SAP modules, and strong governance knowledge.

The ideal candidate will manage configuration, testing, post-go-live support, and data migration while collaborating with cross-functional teams on cloud-based ERP initiatives. Relevant SAP certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SF HCM within a complex ERP environment.
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP SF HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with integration of SAP SF HCM with other SAP modules (PS, MM, SD, AD, Ariba).
• Strong understanding of SAP RISE and Private Cloud Architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP governance frameworks, including SAC, AD, and CALM.
• SAP certification in SF module is a must.
