Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• SAP HCM certification preferred.
• At least five years of experience in an SAP environment with Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in ABAP developments and Neptune DXP applications is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze and document HR and payroll requirements through workshops with business users.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for PA, PY, OM and PT.
• Configure SAP HCM components, payroll schemas, wage types and PCC processes; maintain OM structures.
• Prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
