Job summary

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Jeddah seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to translate HR and payroll requirements into functional and technical solutions, delivering SAP HCM configuration and Neptune/ABAP related work from analysis through implementation.

You will work with HR users, payroll stakeholders, IT and vendors to configure PA/OM/PY/PT, test thoroughly and support go-live and post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
At least five years experience in SAP environment with Business Analyst skills and HR/payroll knowledge.
SAP HCM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and document HR and payroll requirements through workshops with users.
Translate needs into functional specs and designs for PY, PA, OM and PT.
Refine requests and align scope with HR, payroll, IT and vendors.
Configure payroll schemas, wage types, PCC processes and KPIs.
Configure PA infotypes, OM structures and time management.
Investigate payroll/time issues and coordinate FI/CO and BCM integration.
Prepare tests, support UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
Maintain specs, documentation and end-user guidance; support audits.
Transfer knowledge to relevant teams throughout project lifecycle.
