Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in developing and executing test strategies and end-to-end test cases.
• Experience with SIT and regression testing.
• Ability to document, track and retest defects in Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional knowledge and support for HCM Payroll processes, including payroll preparation, processing, validation, and post-payroll activities.
• Understand end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including Time & Attendance integration, Payroll processing, Leave & Absence management.
• Develop detailed test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
• Perform end-to-end testing of SuccessFactors business processes from hire to termination.
• Perform SIT & Regression Testing.
• Validate payroll-related processes and ensure accurate results across SuccessFactors and integrated payroll systems.
• Test integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/payroll systems.
• Prepare and maintain test data and expected results.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira.
• Ensure system changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing HR and payroll processes.

• Strong knowledge of HCM/HR Payroll processes.
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience in testing SuccessFactors from hiring to firing/termination.
• Experience in developing and executing end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
• Knowledge of payroll validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with integration testing between SuccessFactors and payroll/third-party systems.
• Knowledge of defect management and testing methodologies.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT teams in an enterprise environment
