Job summary
Horizontal Digital is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Saudi Arabia to own the technical delivery of a large-scale, integration-heavy Salesforce programme for a major enterprise client in the Kingdom. You’ll work with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and vendors to shape solutions and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
You’ll lead design sessions, set technical roadmaps, mentor a team, manage risks and timelines, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce
- Strong experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Experience leading technical design sessions and producing technical docs
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of Salesforce workstreams from design to go-live
- Lead technical discovery sessions and produce client-ready documentation
- Set technical roadmap, architecture, and platform standards
- Mentor a team of developers, review deliverables, ensure coding quality
- Oversee development lifecycle, risks, timelines, and resourcing
- Collaborate with project managers, solution consultants, and client teams
