Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, converting them into clear functional and technical specifications.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years' experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with proven success as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), System Architect, or Application Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
• Experience with DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in data migration strategies and Salesforce data management.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire development teams.
