Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Account Solution Engineer (Presales Consultant) to join our sales team in Riyadh. You will translate business objectives into compelling Salesforce-based solutions and deliver customized demos to key decision-makers.

You will coordinate the full solution cycle with cross-functional teams, respond to RFPs, and travel occasionally as needed to advance digital transformation initiatives for our clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience delivering digital transformation outcomes.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
• Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges.
• Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customized demos of Salesforce products to key decision-makers to address business issues and needs showing business value.
• Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain vital knowledge.
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
• Respond efficiently to RFPs.
• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Have a strong curiosity about growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
