Job summary

Tamem in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to bridge client needs with innovative technology solutions. You will analyze requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver compelling value propositions aligned with business objectives.

You will conduct client requirement analyses, review RFPs, build proposals and cost models, engage vendors as needed, and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales or solution consulting.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Solid knowledge of Enterprise applications & SDLC practices.
• Workflow automation and business process optimization.
• ECM, CMS, Content & document management/correspondence management.
• System architecture and solution design for enterprise projects.
• Systems integration & API management.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, digital platforms/e-services, and cloud/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client requirement analysis and prepare solution designs.
• Review RFPs, build proposals, and cost models.
• Engage vendors when needed to ensure proposals meet customer expectations.
• Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams.
• Support portfolio development with new solutions and market insights.
