Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for sales manager based on requests (FG daily, back orders, daily report, customer analysis, etc).
• Process QRAs and Orders based on Authorization scheme approval path and escalate violations to higher management.
• Prepare and type letters to customers.
• Receive and process all special orders per SPO procedure.
• Receive and process customer creation activity & documentation per company procedure.
• Follow up with Credit Officers on pending orders and report findings to accelerate process and eliminate delays.
• Handle and track courier between BUs and redirect to concerned.
• Handle outgoing and incoming calls and mail to/from the Sales Manager and monitor company email.
• Maintain electronic files for all documentation, reports, communications, approvals, emails, etc.
• Help Sales Manager with Monthly Forecast preparation.
• Support Sales Manager for Business plan preparation.
• Communicate Customer Categorization with Sales Managers for correction.
• Replace on Vacation Sales Support Coordinators.
• Request and distribute stationery to the sales department.
• Communicate & coordinate with the CSD for Item availability, transfer, delivery, Special orders etc.
