Job summary

Napco National Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a proactive assistant to the Product Manager. You will support market studies in new territories, identify and screen leads, and keep the prospects database updated in CRM.

You will validate prospects under supervision to help convert MQPs to customers, conduct field visits with the Product Manager, and provide CRM- related lead updates. You’ll also compile field and historical data for product forecasts and monitor lifecycle trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager in market studies in new territories to identify and screen leads and update the prospects database.
• Validate assigned prospects under supervision to help convert Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs) to customers.
• Conduct customer visits with the Product Manager and suggest CRM updates related to leads.
• Compile data from field and historic records to aid forecasting for the product.
• Provide field feedback to the Product Manager for potential product development.
• Assist in analyzing competitors and update the product competition profile.
• Seek new ideas and stay updated on trends, technologies and processes related to own products through ACE network, trade fairs, research, and other activities.
• Assist in monitoring product lifecycle trends.
