The role requires market research, lead generation, and the ability to present quotations and tender submissions. You will coordinate with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media engagement, and industry events.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders at all stages.
• Conduct customer needs assessment and market research to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-up on enquiries and proposals to maximize conversions.
• Support the sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation, including negotiations of commitments and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records using company CRM tools and coordinate with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure service delivery.
• Assist with debt collection and ensure compliance with QHSE and regulatory standards.
