Qualifications

Our company in Jeddah is urgently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our companys products and services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers
• Build strong relationships with key accounts to increase customer retention
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors and customer needs
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required

We offer an attractive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. However we do offer visa sponsorship for expatriate candidates if needed.
