Job summary

DataPatrol in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and our data protection technology. You will design tailored technical solutions with the sales team and own the technical demonstrations.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales, a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to relocate to Riyadh. You will stay current on industry trends and represent DataPatrol at customer meetings and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales or similar role.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to design tailored technical solutions.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and POC engagements.
Respond to technical questions during the sales cycle including RFPs/RFIs.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities such as solution architecture, proposals, and pricing.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
Represent DataPatrol at customer meetings, industry events and conferences as needed.
