Job summary

Ceer Riyadh showroom seeks an accomplished Retail Sales Consultant to deliver a premium customer experience from inquiry to deal closure. You will guide customers through vehicle options, conduct test drives, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and promote value-added products while maintaining brand standards.

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience within the showroom by providing professional sales consultation promoting CEER s products and services and achieving individual and showroom sales targets This role acts as the primary point of contact for retail customers guiding them through the vehicle purchase journey from initial inquiry to deal closure

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless premium end-to-end customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle handover
• acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador throughout the customer journey
• Lead customer engagements by identifying their needs
• presenting suitable vehicles and solutions
• conducting test drives
• preparing quotations
• negotiating terms and closing retail sales in line with company policies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on vehicles products financing options and emerging technologies
• translating complex technical information into customer-centric value propositions that support informed purchase decisions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships proactively managing follow-ups referrals repeat business opportunities and customer retention initiatives to drive sustainable sales growth
• Ensure all customer interactions align with CEER s brand standards and service excellence guidelines
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets KPIs and conversion ratios
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data in CRM systems ensuring timely updates pipeline hygiene and adherence to lead response SLAs
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted timely
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards ensuring vehicles are displayed and merchandised in line with brand and visual guidelines
• Adhere to company policies pricing guidelines and ethical sales practices ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes
• Manage and convert customer leads into vehicle sales opportunities
• Promote and sell value-added products and services including finance insurance accessories and software subscriptions
• Coordinate and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for qualified prospects

Education

Education: High School or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Experience: 4 Years Minimum in automotive retail sales, customer-facing roles, or a relevant field.
