Job summary

Egis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Rolling Stock Lead with PMCM expertise to oversee maintenance, condition management and continuous improvement across the fleet. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with operations, engineering and safety to optimize equipment availability.

This senior role requires strong leadership, data‑driven decision making and experience with CMMS and SAP in rail environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of rolling stock maintenance or rail fleet management experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of PMCM principles, rolling stock systems, safety standards and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rolling stock maintenance teams, providing guidance and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and optimize PMCM strategies aligned with objectives.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize availability.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and optimize schedules.
• Manage budgets, resources, and procurement for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and safety for seamless integration.
• Enforce maintenance standards, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor condition through inspections and diagnostics, using CBM techniques.
• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, procedures and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in maintenance management.
