Job summary

ARX in Riyadh is seeking a senior civil engineer with 8+ years of infrastructure experience focusing on roads and highways. The role requires at least 3 years in the KSA, strong knowledge of local codes, and proficiency with Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on roads and highways.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the KSA is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of road and highway systems, including design and construction practices.
• Strong knowledge of relevant KSA codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee the design of roads and highways for infrastructure projects.
• Perform and review road geometry, horizontal/vertical alignment, grading, pavement design, and analyses.
• Ensure road designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to integrate road systems into projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
• Review designs and deliverables from engineers and BIM/CAD teams.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
