Job summary

ARX is seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer for our Riyadh office to lead dry utility design and coordination on major infrastructure projects. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in infrastructure, including at least 3 years in the KSA, with expertise in dry utility networks such as power, telecoms, and street lighting.

You will review calculations, ensure compliance with local codes, and coordinate with project teams and authorities to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in infrastructure projects with a focus on dry utilities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the KSA.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee the design of dry utility systems for various infrastructure projects.
• Perform and review engineering calculations, network design, cable sizing, and other engineering analyses.
• Ensure all dry utilities designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to integrate dry utility systems into project designs.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections, diversions, and interfaces with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
• Review designs and deliverables by engineers and BIM/CAD teams.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and stakeholders to meet requirements.
