Job summary

Sabaq Resources in Riyadh is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and achieve sales and profitability targets. Lead the team, monitor food safety, manage inventory and purchasing, schedule staff, and address customer issues to uphold excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in restaurant management or F&B, fluent Arabic (English preferred), and a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience in team management and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations effectively.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management systems.
• Fluent in Arabic; good English is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the restaurant team.
• Monitor food and service quality and ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Achieve sales targets and control operational costs and waste.
• Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing and stock levels.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts and leave.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and develop employees to improve overall performance.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
