Job summary

You will direct plans, schedules, budgets, and performance, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 15 years of government-driven project experience, with a proven track record in water and wastewater projects and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government or semi-government programs.
• Extensive experience in PM of water and wastewater works.
• Knowledge of professional PM processes and procedures.
• Experience implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• Record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution; ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and mitigate them; ensure resource availability.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes; verify changes.
• Measure performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to meet objectives.
• Monitor costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies.
