Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer (Cluster) in Saudi Arabia to develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessments, and to provide technical guidance to project teams.

You will coordinate across design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance to meet project goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in large-scale infrastructure or city development, and experience with government programs, water/wastewater

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government or semi-government programs and projects.
• Extensive experience in project management of water and wastewater works.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience implementing a zero-accident safety philosophy.
• Proven engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports and technical specifications.
• Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
• Prepare engineering budgets, project schedules and project control budgets.
• Maintain communication with construction and contractor management teams.
• Coordinate with regional and site management on status and major changes of approved projects.
