Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional Quantity Surveying and commercial management experience.
• Strong background in large-scale infrastructure or major construction projects.
• Proficiency with FIDIC contracts and cost-management software.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual administration of major infrastructure work packages.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare cost estimates, cash flows, and monthly reports.
• Review contracts and advise on obligations, notices, and risks.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
• Support tendering activities from clarification to evaluation.
• Analyze submissions and ensure contract compliance.
