Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in contracts administration and commercial management.
• Experience on major international infrastructure, construction, or mega-project developments.
• MRICS or MCIArb is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Blue, Red, and Yellow Book contract forms.
• Fluent English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct pre-contract and post-contract administration across large infrastructure packages.
• Ensure commercial activities align with contract provisions, JV terms, client procedures.
• Interpret contract conditions and advise project leadership.
• Review notices, claims, submissions, and commercial correspondence.
• Lead variation assessment, EOT analysis, and dispute avoidance.
• Coordinate with legal and executives during settlements and arbitration prep.
• Ensure timely contractual notices and progress payment reviews.
• Oversee final accounts and financial close-out of major packages.
