Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Cost Control in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will support the commercial and cost management function across design, procurement, and construction, providing independent quantity verification and cost visibility across multiple packages.

The role requires a decade of experience in quantity surveying, strong knowledge of infrastructure projects, and pre‑contract and post‑contract cost control capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional quantity surveying experience.
• Strong background in major infrastructure or highway projects.
• Pre-contract quantity surveying experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support tender evaluation with quantity and cost analysis.
• Review tender quantities against issued design information.
• Prepare project cost estimates after design packages are released.
• Review budgets against approved scope and design development.
• Check BOQs for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in change orders and contract variations.
• Provide independent high‑level cost estimates for changes.
• Develop budgetary estimates for client studies and ad‑hoc requests.
