Arg In is seeking a senior cost management professional to lead cost planning, estimating and procurement on landmark infrastructure and building projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own bills of quantities, cost plans and final accounts from concept to closeout, ensuring financial discipline.

You will drive value engineering, secure cost certainty for clients and manage tendering processes with a strong focus on contracts and measurement accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years in cost management on large projects.
• Strong command of measurement, contracts and value engineering.
