Job summary

Shade Corporation Ltd. in Dammam seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor Supervisor to lead the QS team on building, infrastructure and roadworks projects.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 12+ years in QS, and hands-on experience in cost management, change orders, and subcontractor coordination. You will oversee BOQs, progress invoices, and cost reporting across the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience strictly in Quantity Surveying (QS) and related roles.
• Hands-on construction industry experience.
• Experience in senior roles with team supervision of QS staff.
• Experience on building and infrastructure projects.
• Roadworks experience; proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MEP works and quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for buildings, infrastructure, roadworks and MEP.
• Manage and supervise the quantity surveying team.
• Oversee subcontractor management and related commercial activities.
• Prepare change orders, cost estimates and budget revisions.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
• Review, prepare and update Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare and manage monthly progress invoices.
• Ensure accurate quantity measurements, cost control and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
