Job summary

ADC in Riyadh invites an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from design through completion, ensuring budgets and compliance with standards. You will perform take-offs, evaluate variations, prepare interim payments, and support commercial management on EPC and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 7–10 years of QS experience, and strong skills in contracts, cost control, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, cost control and commercial management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from early design through completion, ensuring budgets and compliance.
• Prepare interim payment applications and certify subcontractor invoices.
• Compile variation orders with impact analysis and assist in claims preparation.
• Perform quantity take-offs for Civil and MEP works and review BOQs and contract documents.
• Maintain contractual documentation and support post-contract reporting.
