Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience strictly in Quantity Surveying (QS) and related roles.
• Hands-on construction industry experience.
• Experience in senior roles with team supervision of QS staff.
• Experience on building and infrastructure projects.
• Roadworks experience; proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MEP works and quantity take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for buildings, infrastructure, roadworks and MEP.
• Manage and supervise the quantity surveying team.
• Oversee subcontractor management and related commercial activities.
• Prepare change orders, cost estimates and budget revisions.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
• Review, prepare and update Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare and manage monthly progress invoices.
• Ensure accurate quantity measurements, cost control and reporting throughout the lifecycle.

• Previous experience in senior positions, team supervision, and managing QS teams.
• Experience in building and infrastructure projects.
