Job summary

XAD Technologies in Riyadh is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost control, BOQs, and commercial documentation on civil construction projects in KSA.

You will prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, monitor budgets, and handle variations, claims, and interim valuations while coordinating with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of KSA civil construction experience and strong Excel skills for reporting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• KSA experience in civil construction projects mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare and review BOQs and measurements.
• Monitor project costs and budget against actual progress.
• Prepare interim payment applications and valuations.
• Review and manage variations, claims, and change orders. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support contract administration and commercial negotiations.
