Job summary

One Stop NDT is seeking a QC Welding Inspector to oversee welding inspection and quality control on project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with approved project specifications, quality requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting welds, verifying procedures, reviewing reports, coordinating with QA/QC and NDT teams, and identifying defects. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years' experience, and Saudi Aramco project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in welding inspection.
• Strong knowledge of welding inspection and QC procedures.
• Saudi Aramco approval.
• Must have passed CBT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of welding activities, weld fit-up, joint preparation, welding workmanship, and completed welds.
• Verify compliance with approved welding procedures, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Review welding-related inspection records, documentation, and test reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams, welding personnel, NDT teams, contractors, and client representatives.
• Identify welding defects, deviations, and non-conformities and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, weld records, and quality documentation.
• Ensure that inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.
