Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking an experienced QA/QC Welding Inspector to oversee welding inspection activities for major Oil & Gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure welding, fabrication and inspection comply with project specs, codes and client standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years total experience and 4+ years in Oil & Gas, with CSWIP 3.1 and NDT certifications. Immediate joiners or 15–30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certification is mandatory.
• NDT Certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of overall experience in engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years in Oil & Gas, refinery or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API and welding inspection procedures.
• Saudi transfer candidates with transferable visa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect welding and fabrication activities per approved procedures and project specs.
• Review WPS, PQR, WPQ, welding procedures and inspection docs.
• Witness fit-up inspections, welding inspections, NDT activities, and hydrotests.
• Verify compliance with ASME, AWS, API and project quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, construction teams, and client reps.
• Prepare inspection reports, punch lists and quality documentation.
• Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
• Support pre-commissioning and project handover activities.
