Job summary

Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Welding QC Inspector to inspect welding activities, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specs. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects, CBT passed, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects as Welding QC Inspector.
  • Strong knowledge of welding inspection procedures, WPS, PQR, ITP, and international welding codes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding documentation.
  • Saudi Aramco CBT (Computer-Based Test) Passed – Mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection of welding activities in accordance with approved WPS, ITPs, project specifications, and international codes.
  • Conduct fit-up, in-process, and final welding inspections.
  • Verify welder qualifications, welding consumables, and welding equipment before commencement of work.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco quality requirements and project specifications.
  • Review welding procedures, inspection reports, NDT reports, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives during inspections.
  • Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
  • Support client audits and quality inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality management systems.
